Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred a request from
St . Joseph 's Church through Councilman Frank De Luz to institute a
one-way traffic pattern on Kapiolani Street from Haili Street to
Waianuenue Avenue to •accommodate people attending Holy Week
Services . This pattern, which is in effect on Sundays , would be
instituted on the following dates:
1 . Thursday, March 31 at 6 o 'clock in the evening;
2. Good Friday, April 1 from 3 o 'clock; and
3. Saturday, April 2 at 6 o 'clock .
Your Committee is in accord with the intent of temporarily changing
the traffic pattern and recommends approv. b the County Council .
