SUBJECT: Resolution No. 190-13, Draft 2; A resolution transferring/appropriating an
appropriation out and from the designated fund account and crediting
same to a designated fund account for Police Department's community
officers bicycle patrol.
Attached is Resolution No. 190-13, as amended to Draft 2, which incorporates those
amendments contained in Communication No. 466.1 as duly approved by the Council on
November 6, 2013.
Pursuant to Rule No. 24(1)(e)(2) of the Council's Rules of Procedure and Organization,
this was deemed a"housekeeping" amendment that does not require the resolution to be
held over to the next regular meeting. As such, the Council adopted Resolution No. 190-
13, Draft 2.
