RE: CLAIM AGAINST THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I/minor White
We respectfully request the withdrawal of our request for executive session dated
October 22, 2013, in which we requested executive session for the above referenced
claim be placed on the Council's November 20, 2013 agenda.
Settlement negotiations are still in progress and not ready to be presented to
Council at this time.
