•'�SVfOi N.. . <br /> i <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII •_ �'''='�/�•' STATE OF HAWAII <br /> . rt=oF•M'�'. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 21 9 13 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPOPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) FOR PURCHASE OF A COMMEMORATIVE <br /> BRICK IN THE KAPILINA BRICK GARDEN PROJECT. <br /> WHEREAS, Hawai`i Island Growing Our Own Teachers (HI-GOOT) is a 501(c)(3) tax <br /> exempt non-profit whose mission is to promote and maintain those in Hawai`i who aspire to <br /> teaching and staying in Hawai`i; and <br /> WHEREAS, HI-GOOT is the lead organization with other non-profit's in partnership <br /> with Hawai`i Island Rotarians and County of Hawai`i in the Kapilina Brick Garden Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Kapilina Brick Garden Project is a community brick project at the West <br /> Hawai`i Civic Center dedicated to recognizing the community bond between the partner non- <br /> profits, business and government; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 for $1,000 will be <br /> appropriated to the Hawai`i County Office of Management to provide for the acquisition and <br /> placement of a commemorative brick in the name of Hawai`i County; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $1,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $1,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.111.5111.02 Office of Management $1,000 <br /> Office of Management OCE <br /> 115 Misc.
