Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred Communication
/No . 1417 , reports as follows:
Communication No. 1417 is a transmittal letter from the Corporation
Counsel which forwards for acceptance the road and drainage
dedication deed for a roadway within the Maliu ridge, Phase 1
Subdivision, Kaauhuhu, Kahei and Kukuipahu, North Kohala, Hawaii ,
TMK: 5-5-01:60 and 64, 5-5-03 :17 and por . 16, 5-6-0:por . 21.
The Department of Public Works has advised that the descriptions have
been checked and found to be acceptable and that all necessary
improvements have been constructed according to County of Hawaii
standards and are acceptable for dedication.
Your Committee finds that both the conveyance and the improvements
are proper and recommends acceptance of the dedication deed and grant
of easement by the Council and its subsequent recordation with the
Bureau of Conveyances .
