Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred Communication
'No . 1397, reports as follows:
Communication No. 1397 is a transmittal letter from the Corporation
Counsel which forwards for acceptance the road dedication deed for a
segment of roadway within the Keaau Land Company Subdivision, Keaau,
Puna, Hawaii , TMK: 1-6-145 :por . 56.
The Department of Public Works has advised that the descriptions have
been checked and found to be acceptable and that the roadway has been
constructed according to County of Hawaii standards and are
acceptable is dedication.
Your Committee finds that both the conveyance and the roadway
improvements are proper and recommends acceptance of the dedication
deed by the Council and its subsequent recordation with the Bureau of
Conveyances.
