..-le.::"' '' '• <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII (��' % STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 221 13 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE RESURFACING OF KALANIAI ROAD IN <br /> KALOPA. <br /> WHEREAS, Kalaniai Road in Kalopa is a County-paved road that is used by the general <br /> public; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works, Highway Maintenance Division, needs <br /> to resurface Kalaniai Road due to damages caused by years of deterioration; and <br /> WHEREAS, materials need to be purchased for the resurfacing of Kalaniai Road in <br /> order to improve the safety and welfare of the general public; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Public Works for the purchase of materials to resurface Kalaniai Road in <br /> Kalopa; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $20,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $20,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.38 Department of Public Works $20,000 <br /> Transfer to Highway Fund <br /> (N Hilo/Hamakua OCE, Highway Materials - <br /> Kalaniai Road Resurfacing) <br />
