Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred Communication
'&1o . 1218 , reports as follows:
Communication No . 1218 is a transmittal letter from the Corporation
Counsel which forwards for acceptance a road dedication deed for two
segments of roadway of the Kealakehe Public Housing Subdivision ,
Kealekehe, No. Kona, Hawaii ; TMK: 7-4-17 :30 .
The Department of Public Works has advised that the descriptions have
been checked and found to be acceptable and that the roadways been
constructed according to County of Hawaii standards and are
acceptable for dedication .
Your Committee finds that both the conveyance and the roadway
improvements to be proper and recommends acceptance of the dedication
deeds by the Council and its subsequent recordation with the Bureau
of Conveyances .
