Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred Communication
No . 1206 , reports as follows:
Communication No . 1206 is a transmittal letter from the Corporation
Counsel which forwards for acceptance two road dedications deeds for
portions of Ihope and Kulani Roads in Keaau , Puna, Hawaii ,
TMK: 1-7-17 :por .21 .
The Department of Public Works has advised that the descriptions have
been checked and found to be acceptable and that the roadway parcels
contain existing County maintained roads .
Your Committee finds that both the conveya ce is proper and
recommends acceptance of the dedication deer - .y the Council and its
subsequent recordation with the Bureau of Con eyances .
