RE: Transmits Resolution No. 170-13, Draft 3; A Resolution Urging the Hawai`i State
Legislature and the Governor to Support and Provide Funding for the Highest
Priority Capital Improvement Projects in the County of Hawai`i
Please find attached Resolution No. 170-13, Draft 3. Resolution No. 170-13, Draft 2, was
amended with the contents of Communication No. 407.5, as duly approved by the Council on
November 6, 2013.
The Council suspended Council Rule No. 24(1)(e), which provides that legislation that is
substantially amended at final reading be held over to the next meeting of the Council, and
adopted Resolution No. 170-13, Draft 3.
