The amendment is as follows: <br /> From: <br /> 020.3305.67 Hawai`i Energy Rebate - State Highway $ 10,888 <br /> To: <br /> 020.281.5281.11 LED Light Rebate Program Highway $ 10,888 <br /> This bill increases revenues of$10,888 to the Public Works Department's Traffic Division, bringing <br /> the total grant appropriation to $55,000.
