Communication 1140 from the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry
of Hawaii dated June 2, 1987 , is a request for Council authorization
to hold a sidewalk sale on Friday, July 24 and Saturday,
July 25 , 1987 in Hilo in conjunction with the 26th Annual
International Festival of the Pacific .
Your Committee on Public Works recommends that the County Council
approve the request to hold a sidewalk s.. eion July 24 and 25, 1987 .
