The Department of Environmental Management takes no exception to the subject Dedication
Deeds but our Wastewater Division offers the following comment:
A mechanism such as a Bill of Sale needs to dedicate the sewer line within the road to the
County for TMK: 7-4-025:017 (Makala Boulevard).
