SUBJECT: Testimony against County Council Bill No. 113
I am a registered voter from Pepeekeo and I request that you vote No on Bill 113. All the
research I have read indicate that GMO foods are safe. We need more farming on this Island
not less. If you would have trouble voting NO at least abstain for the present time and push for
a task force that could fully examine this issue without emotion before shutting the door on
many farmers and farming as we seek food self-sufficiency.
