Subject: YES on GMO Bill 113
Aloha Council Members,
Please pass this bill for the sake of the health and welfare of our ohana and aina. We
need local food security in Hawaii not. We should not have to be lab rats for chemical
corporations testing pesticides on us.
After our mayor caved in to Dow, Dupont, Syngenta, BASF and Monsanto and vetoed our Bill
2491 you are now leading the way for Hawaii. Hawaii, the nation and the world are all
looking to you to do the right thing. Many will follow. . . maybe even our Kauai County
Council will override the veto.
