bill 125 - police roadblock program:
why is extra $$$ needed ?? overtime ???to increase the #of citations issued
while they are "on the clock" - are these requests ever audited ??? police
are allowed to tell lies while interrogating so why would
they not make fudge a little regarding money for "programs" if nobody
ever challenges their "system"...and that is your responsibility....it does not
appear that the extra money "buys" anything...the more that
you lean on the federal government for $$$$ the more "paybacks" it expects.
bill 126 - nutrition program
are these costs ever defined or do you just add to the "pot" without
ever questioning the expenses ??? especially regarding P&R.
bill 127 -Ali'i Drive culvert replacement:
$308,000 for design consultant services ???!!!! nothing for "parts" but all
for "consulting" ??? no money for construction but for talking ?? what a SCAM....
bill 128 - Mamalahoa Highway improvements:
$1,500,000 - are these funds ever audited ??? the state auditor recommended
10 years ago that the DPW Road division be audited because of the huge
budget it has and a serious lack of oversight....but y'all just keep giving money
to them...unreal -funds to used for "project engineering and construction" to
improve travel lanes ?? ambiguous and vague, as usual..
bill 129 - fracturing:
another proposal from one who has no knowledge, no experience, no education,
has never visited a fracking site nor spoke with people in the immediate area
where fracking is occuring who have no complaints but yet thinks that "fracking"
can be injurious to the health of Hawaii Island...unreal and another topic for more
hysterical dialogue from her band of hysterical activists does she ever take
Madam Pele to task for all of the garbage that volcanoes spew into the air that
cause serious health effects this has more revelancy and something ignored.
Queen Kapiolani challenged Pele and won her battle, Ms. Ford should take note.

unemployment continues to be the highest in the state and this council could

bill 64 - clearing unsafe flora:
"opportunity", BS, tell the property owners straight out to clear their lots or they
will be assessed penalties and that could include the stress of looking out the
window at a Albizia tree leaning over the lot line and ready to fall on to your
property or house, totally disrespectfull....
bill 114 - distracted drivers project:
if police set up road blocks for distracted drivers or watch them use their devices
while driving, how does $12.083 more money in the pot increase the number of
electronic mobile device citations??? does anyone EVER challenge theses
requests??? or do you y'all just lay down at the feet of the police and think that
they are not manipulative also ?? unreal
bill 115 - police in-car computers:
at least the money requested is being spent for something tangible....are these
expenditures put-out-to-bid or is it part of"the way things have always been
done" ala Nancy Crawford?????
bill 116 - Ana Keohokalole project refund:
who gets the refund, HELCO or the taxpayers?? very vague, again.
bill 118 - seatbelts in the back seat:
another part of the seatbelt scam whereby the governor, state, counties are the
prostitutes, the police are the pimps, and only the insurance companies benefit...
do they ever publish the #s about how many are injured wearing seatbelts ??
and now the propoganda says "seatbelts MAY save lives" as opposed to saying
seatbelts save lives, BS where is the testimony from those whose lives SBs
have reportedly saved ???? never see any testimony. I did not need seat belts
then and do not need seat belts now, 71 years old....punishment doled out by
greedy insurance companies with the state legislatures as lapdogs
