SUBJECT: Resolution No. 181-13, Draft 2; A resolution to approve legislative
proposals for inclusion in the 2014 Hawai`i State Association of Counties
Legislative Package.
Attached is Resolution No. 181-13, as amended to Draft 2, which incorporates those
amendments contained in Communication No. 448.3, as duly approved by the Council on
November 20, 2013.
Pursuant to Rule No. 18(1) of the Council's Rules of Procedure and Organization, the
Council voted to suspend Rule No. 24(1)(e) and then voted to approve the resolution as
amended.
The Council also voted to suspend Rule No. 15, relating to reconsideration.
