Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred Bill 364 ,
reports as follows :
The purpose of Bill 364 is to set the fees for certificates of
vehicle inspections with the County of Hawaii at $9 .75 for
automobiles and trucks and at $4. 25 for motorcyles , mopeds , and
trailers through June 30 , 1988 .
Your Committee on Public Works finds that prior to this bill , the
fees for vehicle inspections with the County of Hawaii were set at
$9 .75 for automobiles and trucks and at $4 . 25 for motorcyles and
trailers through June 30 , 1987 . Bill 364 extends these fees beyond
this expiration date to June 30 , 1988 . In addition , Bill 364 sets
the vehicle inspection fee for mopeds at $4 . 25 .
Your Committee on Public Works is in accord with the purpose of
Bill 364 and recommends its pa .age on first leading by the County
Council .
