Your Committee on Public Works , to which was referred Communication
No . 1053 , reports as follows:
Communication No . 1053 is a transmittal letter from the Corporation
Counsel which forwards for acceptance , road and drainage easement
dedication deed for a segment of roadway in the Waiakea Estates
Subdivision , Waiakea , South Hilo, Hawaii , TMK : 2-4-38 : 1 .
The Department of Public Works has advised that the descriptions have
been checked and found to be acceptable and that the roadway has been
constructed according to County of Hawaii standards and is
acceptable for dedication .
Your Committee finds that both conveyance of roadway and drainage
easement and the improvements to be proper and recommends acceptance
of the dedication deed by the Council and its subsequent recordation
with the Bureau of Conveyances .
