Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred Communication
No . 1006 , reports as follows :
Communication No . 1006 is a transmittal letter from the Corporation
Counsel which forwards for acceptance drainage and access easement
dedication deed for three drainage easements and one access easement
in the Kealakekua Ranch, Ltd . Subdivision, Increment 1 , Unit 1 ;
Kealakekua, South Kona ; TMK: 8-2-15 : 2,3 , 12, and 22.
The Department of Public Works has advised that the descriptions
have been checked and found to be acceptable and that the drainage
easements been constructed according to County of Hawaii standards
and are acceptable for dedication .
Your Committee finds that both the conveyance and the easements
improvements to be proper and recommends acceptance of the
dedication deed by the Council and its subsequent recordation with
the Bureau of Conveyances .
