Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred Communication
' No . 985 reports as follows :
Communication No . 985 from Mayor Dante K. Carpenter , submits for
Council review and confirmation, the appointment of Mr . Merrit W.
Hobbs to the Veterans Advisory Committee .
Your Committee on Public Works has reviewed the appointment and
finds that the nomination is in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinance No . 85-123. Mr . Hobbs , representing the Fleet Reserve
Assocation, is being appointed for a two year term which expires on
December 31 , 1988 .
Your Committee on Public Works recommends that the County Council
confirm the appointment of Mr . Merritt W. Hobbs to the Veterans
Advisory Committee for a two-year term endin • December 31 , 1988 .
