Article 2, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as Amended),
Relating to the Proceedings for the Formation of Improvement Districts
Please find attached Bill No 137, Draft 3. Bill No. 137, Draft 2, was amended by the
contents of Communication No. 452.3, as duly approved by the Council on November 20,
2013.
The Council suspended Council Rule No. 24(1)(e) to allow for passage of Bill No. 137,
Draft 3, on second and final reading.
