RE: CLAIM AGAINST THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I/minor White
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawai`i Revised Statutes, as amended, we
request an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the
County Council regarding a settlement offer made by Bruce Larson, Esq., on behalf of
his minor client, to settle a personal injury claim occurring on or about July 17, 2012.
We ask that this claim be placed on the Council's December 4, 2013 agenda.
