Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred Communication
'No. 969 , reports as follows :
Communication No. 969 is a transmittal letter from the Corporation
Counsel which forwards for acceptance road dedication deed for a
segment of roadway in the Kahei Houselots , Unit II, Kahei , North
Kohala, Hawaii ; TMK: 5-5-17 : 01 .
The Department of Public Works has advised that the descriptions
have been checked and found to be acceptable and that the roadway
has been constructed according to County of Hawaii standards and is •
acceptable for dedication .
Your Committee finds that both the conveyance and the roadway
improvements to be proper and recommends acceptance of the
dedication deeds by the Council and its subsequent recordation with
the Bureau of Conveyances .
