Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred
Communication iNo. 857 , reports as follows :
Communication No. 857 is a transmittal letter from the Corporation
Counsel which forwards for acceptance a road dedication deed for the
roadway parcels of the Keaau Agricultural Lots, Keaau, Hawaii ;
TMK: 1-7-16:35; 1-7-17 :por 1; 1-7-27 :01 .
The Committee on Public Works has advised that the descriptions have
been checked by the Department of Public Works and found to be
acceptable. The County of Hawaii is administering the construction
of this roadway which will be constructed according to County of
Hawaii Standards. The Planning Department has also given this
project subdivision recordation approval .
Your Committee finds that the conveyances of the roadway parcel to
be proper and recommends acceptance of the dedication deed by the
Council and its subsequent recordation with the Bureau of
Conveyances .
