Your Committee on Public Works, to which was referred
/Communication 772, reports as follows:
Communication 772 is a transmittal letter from the
Corporation Council , which forwards for acceptance, a drainage
easement dedication deed for a drainageway in the Lehua Heights
Subdivision, Unit II ; Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii ;
Tax Map Key: 2-4-64 :61.
The Department of Public Works has advised that the description has
been checked and found to be acceptable and that the drainage
easement has been constructed according to County of Hawaii
Standards and is aceptable for dedication .
Your Committee finds that conveyance of the drainage easement and
improvements to be proper and recommends acceptance of the
dedication deed by the Council and its subsequent recordation with
the Bureau of Conveyances .
