Your Committee on Public Works, to which was referred
'ommunication 717 , reports as follows :
Communication 717 is a transmittal letter from the
Corporation Counsel , which forwards for acceptance , a road
dedication deed for segments of roadway in the Kinohou Subdivision,
Puukapu, South Kohala, Hawaii (TMK: 6-4-06: 02 ) .
The Department of Public Works has advised that the descriptions
have been checked and found to be acceptable and that the roadways
have been constructed according to County of Hawaii Standards and
are acceptable for dedication .
Your Committee finds that both the conveyances and the roadways to
be proper and recommends acceptance of the dedication deed by the
Council and its subsequent recordation with t - Bureau of
Conveyances .
