Your Committee on Public Works, to which was referred
'tommunication 716 , reports as follows :
Communication 716 is a transmittal letter from the
Corporation Counsel, which forwards for acceptance , a road
dedication deed for a segment of roadway from Kooyo Enerprises
(TMK 2-2-17 : 7 ) .
The Department of Public Works has advised that the descriptions
have been checked and found to be acceptable and that the roadway
has been constructed according to County of Hawaii Standards and is
acceptable for dedication.
Your Committee finds that both the conveyances and the roadways to
be proper and recommends acceptance of the dedication deed by the
Council and its subsequent recordation with the Bureau of
Conveyances .
