Your Committee on Public Works, to which was referred
"Communication 715 and its attached Bill 233 , reports a follows :
The purpose of Bill 233 is to amend the provisions of Chaper 24,
Article 7 , Division 1 , Section 24-145 of the Hawaii County Code of
1983 relating to no passing zones to authorize the use of single
solid yellow line to designate no passing zones on narrow winding
roads.
Your Committee on Public Works is in accord with the purpose of
Bill 233 and recommends its passage on first reading by the County
Council.
