Re: Discussion Regarding the Selection Process for the Legislative Auditor Position
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(2), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, I request that the Council
hold an executive meeting to consider the hire of an officer or employee.
The purpose of this executive session is to discuss the selection of the Legislative Auditor
position. Please have this matter placed on the agenda for the December 4, 2013, Council
meeting.
