Your Committee on Public Works, to which was referred
/Communication No . 469 , reports as follows:
Communication 469 is a transmittal letter from the
Corporation Council , which forwards for acceptance , a road
dedication deed for segments of roadway in the Kula-Keaau
Subdivision, Increment 4 , Keaau , Puna, Hawaii ; Tax Map Key
1-6-145 :01 (85-155 ) .
The Department of Public Works has advised that the descriptions
have been checked and found to be acceptable and that the roadway
have been constructed according to County of Hawaii standards and is
acceptable for dedication .
Your Committee finds that both the conveyance and the roadway
improvements to be proper and recommends acceptances of the
dedication deed by the Council and its subsequent recordation with
the Bureau of conveyances .
