Your Committee on Public Works, to which was referred
Communication 417 , reports as follows :
Communication 417 is a transmittal letter from the Corporation
Council , which forwards for acceptance , a road dediation deed for a
portion of the Ke 'e Ke 'e Street - Mamalahoa Highway intersection
where the curb was rounded according to County requirements and
specifications . This 43 square foot portion of the Corner parcel is
being tendered by McDonald 's of Hawaii and is situated in Keei ,
South Kona, Hawaii TMK: 8-1-03: 37 .
The Department of Public Works has advised that the descriptions
have been checked and found to be acceptable and that the curb has
been constructed according to County of Hawaii standards and is
acceptable for dedication .
Your Committee finds that both the conveyances and the road
improvements to be proper and recommends acceptance of the
dedication deed by the Council and its subsequent recordatoin with
the Bureau of Conveyances .
