J�SY OS MIS... <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 243 1 3 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR BUS PASSES FOR THE RESIDENTS OF THE <br /> WEST HAWAII DOMESTIC ABUSE SHELTER. <br /> WHEREAS, the Mass Transit Agency provides public transportation around the island; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the residents of the West Hawai`i Domestic Abuse Shelter need an <br /> alternative mode of transportation to work, medical appointments, and legal assistance; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to <br /> the Mass Transit Agency for the purchase of bus passes for the residents of the West Hawai`i <br /> Domestic Abuse Shelter; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT <br /> OF APPROPRIATION: $180 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5105.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $180 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.311.5311.02 Mass Transit Agency $180 <br /> Mass Transit OCE <br /> 115 Misc.
