SUBJECT: TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT:
SECTION 24-265 - AINAOLA DRIVE - YIELD AT ONE LANE ROAD
We request the Hawai'i County Code, Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 2. Moving
Vehicles, Section 24-265, Schedule 13. Yield locations, Paragraph (c) South Hilo be
amended by adding new item and renumbering as required:
( ) AINAOLA DRIVE, NORTH APPROACH ADJACENT TO PARCELS 2-4-
007:049 AND 2-4-007:053.
This amendment is being proposed based on a request from the public to assign right of
way at the subject one-lane section of Ainaola Drive.
A location map is attached for your reference.
