OF HAWAI‘I BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM THE

KONA, HAWAI‘I (TAX MAP KEY: 7-5-017:043) (Applicant: Hualalai Partners of
Kona, LLC; approximately 14.968 acres)
The applicant requests a change to the State Land Use district classification to
develop a single-family residential subdivision consisting of 43 lots.

The applicant requests a change of zone to develop a single-family residential
subdivision consisting of 43 lots. In addition, the applicant intends to submit a
Planned Unit Development application, which would allow flexibility for smaller lot
sizes (approximately 10,000 square feet), to be accessed by non-dedicable roadways.

AGRICULTURAL – TWENTY ACRES (A-20a) TO AGRICULTURAL – FIVE
ACRES (A-5a) AT WAIPUNALEI, NORTH HILO, HAWAI‘I, COVERED BY TAX
MAP KEY: 3-6-005:003 (Applicant: Jon R. Bolner; approximately 10.17 acres)
The applicant requests a change of zone in order to subdivide the property into two lots
of roughly equal size for estate planning purposes, including agricultural activities and
individual home sites.
