Your Committee on Public Works, to which was referred
Communication No. 365 , reports as follows:
Communication 365 is a transmittal letter from the
Corporation Counsel which forwards for acceptance a road dedication
deed for segments of roadway in the Kawailani Ridge Subdivision,
Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii ; TMK: 2-4-03 : 25 (84-97) .
The Department of Public Works has advised that the descriptions
have been checked and found to be acceptable and that the roadway
system has been constructed according to County of Hawaii Standards
and is acceptable for dedication.
Your Committee finds that both the conveyances and the roadway are
proper and recommends acceptance of the dedication deed for the
Council and its subsequent recordation with the
Bureau of Conveyances .
