Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred Bill 117
entitled "An Ordinance Amending Chapter 10, Section 10-18 (a) (2) , of
the Hawaii County Code 1983 , Relating to Erosion and Sedimentation
Control " , reports as follows:
The purpose of this bill is to correct an error found in the Erosion
and Sedimentation Control Provisions of our County Code . The error
is an apparent omission which occurred when the County Code of 1983
was codified .
Your Committee on Public Works agrees with the purpose of Bill 117
and recommends its adoption by the County Council .
