Your Committee on Public Works , to which was referred Bill 90
relating to the obstruction of public streets , reports as follows :
The purpose of Bill 90 is to expand this county 's provisions with
respect to persons creating an obstruction on public streets ,
right-of-ways , crosswalks or sidewalks . These amended provisions
will only apply when an unreasonable hazard is created to motorists
and other persons as a result of a created obstruction.
Your Commitee on Public Works is in agreement with the intent and
purpose of Bill 90 and recommends its passa'e by the County Council .
