Your Committee on Public Works , to which was referred
'Communication No. 337 , reports as follows:
Communication 337 is a transmittal letter from the
Corporation Counsel which forwards for acceptance , a road dedication
deed for three segments of roadway in the Tricraft Associates
Subdivision, Kalaoa 4th, North Kona, Hawaii ; TMK: 7-3-5:11 ; (79-76) .
The Department of Public Works has advised that the descriptions
have been checked and found to be acceptable .
The Department of Public Works has advised that the roadway system
has been constructed according to County of Hawaii standards and is
acceptable for dedication.
Your Committee finds that both the conveyance and the roadway are
proper and recommends acceptance of the dedication deed by the
Council and its subsequent recordation with the Bureau of
Conveyances . '
