Your Committee on Public Works , to which was referred
/Communication No. 321 , reports as follows :
Communication No. 321 is a transmittal letter from the
Corporation Counsel which forwards for acceptances a road and
drainage easement dedication deed for the Ala Kai Heights
Subdivision, Unit 1-A, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii ,
TMK: 2-4-68:24 (80-180) . A partial release of mortgage for said
property is also forwarded .
The Department of Public Works has advised that the descriptions have
been checked and found to be acceptable .
The Department of Public Works has advised that the roadway and
drainage system has been constructed according to County of Hawaii
standards and is acceptable for dedication.
Your Committee finds that both conveyances of roadway and drainage
easements and improvements are proper and recommends acceptance of
the dedication deed by the Council and its subsequent recordation
with the Bureau of Conveyances .
