Your Committee on Public Works , to which was referred
Communication No. 312, reports as follows :
Communication 312 is a transmittal letter which forwards for
acceptance , a road dedication and drainage easement deed for the
Kealakehe Houselots , Phase II, Increment I; Kealakehe, N. Kona,
Hawaii ; TMK: 7-4-08:port 17 (84-112 ) subdivision .
The Department of Public Works has advised that the descriptions for
the roadway and drainage easements have been checked and found to be
acceptable .
The Department of Public Work has also advised that the roadway and
drainage improvements have been constructed according to County of
Hawaii Standards .
Your Committee finds that both conveyances of roadway and drainage
easements and improvements are proper and recommends acceptance of
the dedication deed by the Council and its s bsev ent recordation
with the Bureau of Conveyances .
