Your Committee on Public Works, to which was referred
/Communication No. 222, reports as follows:
Communication 222 is a transmittal letter which forwards for
acceptance, a road dedication deed roadway improvements in the
Kaloko Light Industrial Subdivision, Phase I, Kaloko, N. Kona,
Hawaii , TMK: 7-8-09:por . 1 (83-169) .
The Department of Public Works has advised that the descriptions have
been checked and found to be acceptable , and that the roadway and
drainage system have been constructed according to County of Hawaii
Standards .
Your Committee finds both the conveyances and roadway are proper and
recommends acceptance of the dedication deed by the Council and its
subsequent recordation with the Bureau of Conveyances .
