Your Committee on Public Works, to which was referred
'Communication 97 , reports as follows :
Communication 97 is a transmittal letter which forwards for
acceptance, a road dedication deed for a curb return at the
intersection of Opelu Road and Pomaikai Place in the Wela Ka Hao
Subdivision, Waimea Homestead, Waimea, South Kohala ,
Hawaii; TMK: 6-5-02 : 42.
The Department of Public Works has advised that the description of
this 86 square foot portion of roadway has been checked and found to
be acceptable.
Your Committee on Public Works finds that the description to be
proper and recommends acceptance of the dedication deed by the
Council and its recordation with the Bureau o Conveyances.
