Your Committee on Public Works , to which was referred
'Resolution 31-85 , reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution 31-85 is to recognize and support
Hoaaloha 0 Waiuli for their efforts in improving and restoring
Richardson Ocean Park . Your Committee is appreciative of
Hoaaloha 0 Waiuli 's efforts to restore and restock the old fish
ponds , establish coastal trials , renovate the center , and develop
other programs to increase the recreational opportunities for our
residents and visitors .
Your Committee on Public Works concurs with the intent of
Resolution No. 31 and recommends its adoption
