Your Committee on Public Works , to which was referred /Communication
48 , reports as follows:
Communication 48 is transmittal letter which forwards for
acceptance , a road and drainage easement dedication deed for the
Golden Shower Tree Estates Subdivision, Unit II , Waiakea, South
Hilo, Hawaii: TMK: 2-4-0 : 14 (84-143) .
The Department of Public Works has advised that the roadway within
the subdivision has been constructed according to county standards
and is acceptable for road dedication .
Your Committee finds that both conveyances of roadway and drainage
easements are proper and recommends acceptance of the dedication
deed by the Council and its subsequent recordation with the Bureau
of Conveyances . )7
