Your Committee on Public Works, to which was referred Bill 3
entitled "An Ordinance Amending Chapter 24, Article 10 , Section
24-280 (c ) , Schedule 28, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 , Relating to
Amendment of Traffic Code" , reports as follows :
The purpose of this bill is to establish a no parking zone on the
makai side of Lele Street to facilitate traffic flow .
Your Committee concurs with the purpose and intent of Bill 3 and
recommends its adoption by the County Council .
