SUBJECT: TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT:
SECTION 24-289 - 36 MINUTE PARKING METER ZONES
We request the Hawai'i County Code, Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 7 (Parking Meter
Zones), Section 24-289, Schedule 37 (36 minute parking meter zones) be amended by
revising to read as follows:
Thirty-six minute parking meter zones are established upon those streets or portions of
streets described in this schedule upon which the parking of vehicles shall be regulated
by parking meters at the rateS of e- - _- - e - • •• _ - TEN CENTS FOR
TWELVE MINUTES AND TWENTY-FIVE CENTS FOR THIRTY-SIX MINUTES:
The intent of this amendment is to update the Hawaii County Code so the meter rates in
the code match the rates posted on the parking meters.
