Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred
Resolution No. 236-13, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 236-13, transmitted by Assistant Corporation Counsel Katherine A. Garson via
Communication 537, dated November 13, 2013, accepts the dedication of Lot 12 (Loloku
Street), being a portion of Royal Patent 6851, Land Commission award 8452, Apana 12 to
A. Keohokalole (Certificate of Boundaries No. 45) being, also, all of Lot 12 of Makalapua
Business Center Subdivision Increment 2 (file Plan 2369) Tax Map Key: 7-4-025:012 situated at
Keahuolu, District of North Kona, Island of Hawaii from the Trustees of the Queen
Lili`uokalani Trust.
The Trustees of the Queen Lili`uokalani Trust wish to dedicate the roadway lot containing an
area of 3.232 acres, including all subdivision improvements, to the County of Hawai`i.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose
and intent of Resolution No. 236-13, and recommends its adoption.
