Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred
Resolution No. 237-13, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 237-13, transmitted by Assistant Corporation Counsel Katherine A. Garson via
Communication 538, dated November 13, 2013, accepts the dedication of Ma`a Way(Road
Lot A), being a portion of Tax Map Keys: 7-4-010:013, 014 and 7-4-025:005, situated on the
easterly side of Loloku Street and on the westerly side of Kaiwi Street at Keahuolu, District of
North Kona, Island, County and State of Hawaii from the Trustees of the Queen Lili`uokalani
Trust.
The Trustees of the Queen Lili`uokalani Trust wish to dedicate the roadway lot containing an
area of 32,811 square feet, including all subdivision improvements, to the County of Hawaii.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose
and intent of Resolution No. 237-13, and recommends its adoption.
