TITLE: An Ordinance amending Section 25-8-19 (North Hilo Zone Map),
Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai`i County Code
1983 (2005 Edition), by changing the district classification from
Agricultural—twenty acres (A-20a) to agricultural —five acres
(A-5a) at Waipunalei, North Hilo, Hawai`i covered by Tax Map
Key 3-6-005:003.
EXPLANATION: The applicant Jon R. Bolner, requests a change of zone for
approximately 10.17 acres in order to subdivide the property into
two lots of roughly equal size for estate planning purposes,
including agricultural activities and individual home sites.
AMENDMENTS: Comm. No. Introducer Approved/Disapproved

RECOMMENDATION: Passage of Bill No. 145 on first reading.
